Well today Jerry was able to have another special visitor. He and this visitor go way, way back. The visitor's name was "Joe" first name "cup a"! Can you guess who it is.......That's right COFFEE!!!!!! Today he was given the OK to drink a cup of coffee. Not that thicken cold crap either. This was coffee that Maryann brought to him from his favorite coffee shop. Jerry likes the coffee from this place so much that he has stickers advertising the place on both of his vehicles! Jerry also had another milestone, he was able to lift his left hand above his shoulder. This is real progress. I can't wait to get back there and give him a high five! The singing duo of Maryann and Angie are receiving rave reviews from the patients and staff!
Well it's pretty late, so I'm going to bed. Truth be told, I actually fell asleep and woke up to write this! The car stories you all sent were awesome. Please keep them coming! They're fun to read!

Hi all its me again...just wanted to write and say Hi Grandpa :) :)
So Im taking Aaron to the fair tomorrow and he's going tonight with my sister so he should have great stories for you when we come up next weekend.....ummmmm i just wanted to drop this note before the weekend because my computer at home bit the dust tuesday ;( ugh...so i wont be able to write again until monday so im sending tons and tons of hugs and kiss...XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

This is your neighbor Mark. I talked to Shastina yesterday, and she said you were doing well. We are praying for your quick recovery. We took the training wheels off Luke's bike the other day, so he is racing up and down the street with Sarah on two wheels. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Take care.
Jon thanks again for following through and writing these blogs for us. I was so excited because i had the morning off from training i read and caught up for the week. Wow! grandpa i'm surer your very happy to have old Joe back in the picture. I wish i could hear the girls singing to you that's nice of them to do that. Have fun when Ricky and sonya and the kids come up. Keeep up the good progress. Miss you all, gracie
P.s. I guess the car i would want would be and old mustang and i would love to refurbish it, but who knows if that would ever happen.
